to Projects
Project Approach Nobel’s overall approach
to the delivery of consulting engagements is an integral
part of project success. The approach is structured
into six (6) stages.
1. Engage
Involves the detailed definition of resources, projects
schedules and deliverables.
2. Design
Includes a series of workshops and meetings during which
customer requirements are gathered and documented.
3. Develop
Involves the installation, configuration and/or development
of all technical deliverables for the project.
4. Test
Facilitates the testing and validation of the technical
deliverables of the project.
5. Migrate
Entails the transition of the tool installation/s from
a development and test environment to production status.
6. Close
Formally concludes the activities of the project.
